Install SOFIA Trader

Put the SOFIA icon on your desktop, taskbar or phone home screen. It opens like a normal app, with nothing to download or run.

One-click install

In Edge and Chrome on a computer or Android phone this installs SOFIA straight away. In other browsers, follow the steps below.

Open Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and go to https://app.sofia-trader-app.com.
Edge: click the … menu, then Apps, then Install this site as an app.
Chrome: click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or the ⋮ menu, then Cast, save and share, then Install page as app.
Click Install. Tick Pin to taskbar and Create desktop shortcut if you are asked.
No pin option? Right-click the SOFIA icon on the taskbar and choose Pin to taskbar.

Safari 17 or later: open the site, choose File, then Add to Dock, and click Add.
Chrome or Edge: use the install icon in the address bar (or the menu, then Install SOFIA).
The SOFIA icon appears in the Dock and in Launchpad.

Open Safari (this only works in Safari on iPhone and iPad) and go to https://app.sofia-trader-app.com.
Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.

Installing only adds a shortcut to the website. SOFIA is not downloaded, and it never gets access to your files.
You still sign in with your SOFIA username and password. New here? Request access.
To remove it, uninstall it like any app (right-click the icon, then Uninstall).
